Stefano Ricci Unveils the Octagon Watch Collection

With Niccolò Ricci as CEO and Filippo Ricci as Creative Director, the two sons of Stefano Ricci continue to bring a unique family synergy to the Maison. Honoring the style and spirit of Florence, the new Octagon watch series draws inspiration from the octagonal architecture of Renaissance-era Italian amphitheaters.
Stefano Ricci has chosen the octagonal floor plans of Florence’s most iconic architectural marvels—such as Santa Maria del Fiore and the Tribuna degli Uffizi—as the foundation for the design. The result is a collection that reflects the pure soul of Florentine aesthetics, infused with masterful craftsmanship.
While the Maison remains deeply rooted in Italian artisanal tradition, it acknowledges the importance of precision and performance. For that reason, Swiss manufacturers were selected for each watch’s calibers, cases, dials, and other intricate components, ensuring the highest standard of quality.
The debut models—Octagon Perpetual Calendar, Octagon Annual Calendar, and Octagon Chronograph—are crafted from 18K white gold and produced in a limited edition of just 10 pieces per model.
Each watch features an octagonal dial, framed by a distinctive eight-sided bezel defined by reversed V-shaped edges, giving each timepiece a bold and sophisticated silhouette. The bezels are adorned with 40 octagonal screws, color-matched to the dials, adding another signature touch to the design.
